We are open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We remain closed on Sundays and gazetted holidays.

You can use the 'Check eMitra Status' quick action card in the Services section and enter your 16-digit receipt number to track the status.

You generally need the death certificate of parents (if applicable), Aadhaar cards, Jan Aadhaar card, income certificate, and a bank account passbook. Please visit our center for a complete checklist.
